  (a) Superintending /E-in-C C.E Office. Full powers Full powers - - - Officiating arrangement is permissible in the following conditions.
  1. Work can not be managed by entrusting additinal charge to any of the existing person of the same post
  2. No transfer is involved.
  3. Senior hands are ordinarly considered for officiating appointment.
  4. The Vacancy is not less than one month.
