Full
powers in the case of non-gazetted Govt
servants subject to the following conditions
:-
- The
General conditions as to pay laid
down in the G.O under F.R.114 are
observed.
- The
pay fixed does not exceed by more
than 40 percent. of the substantive
pay last drawn by the Govt. servant
in Govt service.
- Pay
is not increased at intervals of less
than three years except that a Govt
servants who belongs to graded service
or who is on a time scale may get
an increase up to 40 percent. of each
increment in addition to his own increment.
- No
concessions ar sanctioned in addition
to pay except -
- Payment
by the foreign employer of leave
and pension contribution.
- Grants
to travelling allowance under the
travelling allowances Rules.
